CHELSEA SITE TO BE REDEVELOPED AS PART OF BROWNFIELDS AGREEMENT



There are so many interesting angles of brownfields redevelopment to learn about and there are so many small victories to be won, along the way, while pursuing redevelopment opportunities. But for me personally, there’s nothing quite as satisfying as the simple “before and after” analysis. CHELSEA - The site of a former printing company in Chelsea will be cleaned up and redeveloped into an environmentally friendly housing development under a Brownfields agreement signed today by Attorney General Martha Coakley’s Office and Forbes Park LLC.
