There are so many interesting angles of brownfields redevelopment to learn about and there are so many small victories to be won, along the way, while pursuing redevelopment opportunities. But for me personally, there’s nothing quite as satisfying as the simple “before and after” analysis. I guess knowing that the “after” image is a rendering isn’t quite as satisfying as having a photo of a completed project…..but I still love their vision…..

CHELSEA - The site of a former printing company in Chelsea will be cleaned up and redeveloped into an environmentally friendly housing development under a Brownfields agreement signed today by Attorney General Martha Coakley’s Office and Forbes Park LLC.
