The brownfield event of the year! THE BIG DEAL: NBA Brownfields 2007 will bring together 2,000 of the top real estate and brownfield professionals from across the US and Canada, as well as leaders from industry and the public sector, for two days of deal making, education, and networking opportunities. Included are more than 20 breakout sessions and roundtables, plenary sessions, a property showcase, and exhibits! For those arriving early, pre-conference tours will offer a bird’s eye view of brownfield case studies, waterfront redevelopment projects and green building success stories within the Illinois and Wisconsin markets.

THE BIG DEAL is hosted by the National Brownfield Associations, a nonprofit organization that promotes the responsible redevelopment of brownfields, and its partner, the City of Chicago, a national leader in urban green design.

Colorado Brownfields Conference 2007

This 1 & 1/2 day conference will explore case studies, emerging technologies, redevelopment
approaches, financing and creative strategies. New this year will be a keynote event focusing on
gas station redevelopment and related petroleum brownfields topics.

Over 250 professionals are expected to attend and networking is encouraged. There will be
breakout sessions with plenty of time for Q & A following the keynote address and opening
session.

This event is being held adjacent to the Stapleton Redevlopment Project, a formerly contaminated
airport site.
